The Annual St. Simons Island Food & Spirits Festival is a well-planned series of events aimed at raising money for the community’s non-profit Hospice of the Golden Isles while also highlighting almost every aspect of food. This year, the 5 day festival wrapped up with the SPIRITual Sunday Brunch at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort and a top notch menu planned by Chef de Cuisine of ECHO, James Flack.
The five course meal was serenaded by Owen Plant, a local musician, and accompanied with Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers courtesy of Vixen Vodka, Fruitland Augusta, and Bloody Amazing. The beautiful centerpieces for each table were created by The Vine Garden Market located in nearby Redfern Village.
