Add to the evening’s enjoyment with a much-anticipated Silent Auction offering a coveted assortment of finds from vacations to jewelry, original works of art to gourmet delicacies.

A Taste of Glynn is more than a treasured local tradition. While the food is sublime and the oceanfront setting is legendary, perhaps the most unforgettable offering of the evening is hope. Jo Elliot - ArtTrendsGuest Artist Jo Elliott at ArtTrends Gallery: Tuesday, April 4th to Saturday, May 13th, 2017

Watercolor artist Jo Elliott can’t remember a time when art wasn’t a part of her life. Growing up, she often accompanied her father as he conducted drawing and painting classes. Although she has continued her studies with other gifted artists, she has purposefully developed her own unique style and has gained widespread recognition for her colorful landscapes. Jo’s main focus is an irresistible subject, water. Her impressionistic paintings of rivers and creeks, beaches and boats are alive with color and feeling. Jo Elliott will be showing as a guest artist at ArtTrends Gallery, 3305 Frederica Road, SSI, Ga. April 4 to May 13. The opening reception will be held during the Island Art Crawl, Friday, April 21, from 4 to 7 pm. For more information visit our website.

The Purple Xperience is just that—an experience. A dazzling purple-tinged performance that embodies the spirit and sounds of the legendary and iconic Prince. The first thing you might notice is front-man Marshall Charloff’s striking resemblance to the music great. But the similarities don’t end there. Charloff shares Prince’s vocal range and multi-instrumental facility on guitar and piano as well. He even channels the legendary singer’s personal style during shows.

A five-piece band hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, The Purple Xperience has been touring around the country since its inception in 2011. Hear fan favorites and some surprises. But more than that, The Purple Xperience is a shockingly authentic tribute band that brings the memories of Prince and The Revolution to life to audiences of all ages and all generations. Relive the music, passion, and love for Prince and his music. And have a great time. Much like the artist himself did, The Purple Xperience wows audiences and leaves no one disappointed. Tickets can be purchased here.
