Paige Williamson, RYT-200

Paige Williamson, Paige Williamson, RYT-200, attended her first yoga class in 2012, and she immediately fell deeply in love. Paige practiced consistently for the next several years. In the beginning, she used asana (yoga poses) as a way to get in shape but slowly, over time, she began to feel a change in her attitude and spirit. She was kinder, more patient, and more forgiving. Through yoga, Paige learned how to live comfortably in her own skin, how to manage anxiety by using the breath, and how to remain calm – even in the midst of chaos.

Paige knew that she wanted to share her newfound passion for yoga with others; in May of 2016, she received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Savannah Yoga Center. In the spring of 2017, she began her 500-hour teacher certification through Asheville Yoga Center and plans to complete this certification later this year. Paige’s desire as a teacher is to ignite a passion in her students for movement and to facilitate their ability to use that movement as a tool for self-discovery. Paige currently teaches classes at the Zen Den in Lyons, GA. She teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, and yin.
