Mother Daughter Getaway St. Simons Island

On Saturday, November 22nd from 9:30am to 4:30pm we invite mothers & daughters to gather at our resort for a day that could be life changing! The day will be hosted by Donna Mastrianni, L.E., Master Esthetician and aromatherapist, and Marie Artman, M.Ed., Master Pilates instructor and owner of Main Street Wellness Center.

You will begin the morning with Marie and Donna for a meet & greet followed by an invigorating morning walk. Next, dance like there’s no tomorrow in a class that targets your heart rate and is focused on inspiring, energetic movements.

After a morning of exercise, you deserve a delicious lunch! Marie Artman will demonstrate correct posture techniques that add strength and grace to your alignment as you move through your day. She will then incorporate the art of poise in an effort to combine both posture and poise to help eliminate pain and add positive reinforcements to your life. Next, Donna Mastrianni will envelop your senses in Aromatherapy. Find out what Aromatherapy is and how to use it to support a healthy lifestyle. Finally, get ready to charge one last time on a Lighthouse climb with Marie. Learn enlightening historical facts as you work your core, quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteal muscles.

End the day at ECHO in the resort’s lobby with Marie and Donna to discuss any questions you have about what you’ve learned. What a perfect ending to a day of bonding for Mothers and Daughters!

The cost for the day is $150 per person. Reservations must be made if you plan to attend. Call us at 912-268-5965 to reserve today! For more information, visit our website.
