I had a FANTASTIC time at the King & Prince Resort. My husband and I had a very relaxing get away for the weekend and were very pleased with the area and the resort!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at The King and Prince for a little getaway. The entire experience was great from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were beautiful in the Oleander Building, with a nice view from our balcony. Will definitely visit again!
I have been coming to the K&P for 25 years on an annual “Girls Trip.” This was by far the most enjoyable year. We spent several hours by the pool during our stay and the courteous service offered by Tim, Scott and Jim along with their friendly personalities made it twice as fun. Also, we loved the new towels and are already planning next year’s trip.
Had a wonderful girls weekend at K&P. The ocean view with balcony accomodations were perfect, and we were treated like queens during the entire stay with friendly staff always greeting us and offering to help in every way. Extra kudos to bellboy Derek and front desk Brittany going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. (Don’t tell the guys, but we’re already planning our next get away…soon.)
My wife and I stayed at the King and Prince about 10 years ago. I can still remember what a wonderful place and time we had. Would you still have Madelines french toast? So good.
Thanks Bill
I have always loved the King and Prince since I spent the first night of my honeymoon there in November of 1996. As if the week of your wedding is not stressful enough, we found out the Tuesday before our wedding that my Dad needed quadruple bypass surgery, and it could not wait. The surgery was performed on Thursday in Savannah and was successful, but needless to say my Dad did not make the wedding! Since his surgery was in Savannah, we had the opportunity to stop by on our way to the King & Prince to visit him after we left the reception. Once arriving at the K&P. knowing that my father was going to be fine, we were able to start our honeymoon with a fabulous ocean front room before continuing on a cruise the next day. I can think of no better way to celebrate our anniversary than to spend more time there with the best wife a guy could have!
An amazing 3 days at the King and Prince! We were helped with reservations by Brittany P. and when we checked in she was at the desk. It was as though she had been waiting just for us and we
felt immediately at home.
The food, the beach, the pool were all great!
We fell in love with St. Simons. As regulars at Alabama beaches—we have found a new home.
And it is called the King and Prince!

My wife, son, and I had an awesome stay at the King and Prince. This was our first family vacation and we plan on coming back to the King and Prince next year. The location and the amenties the resort offers is more than one could hope for. We got home yesterday 7/30/10 and we wish we were back there already.
I had a wonderful experience with Matt Evans, the golf professional at the King and Prince Golf course. My husband says that based on how well I improved after a single hour with Matt’s teaching, Matt must be the best teacher in the world, and I agree.
The facts are that I went in with a maximum drive length of 70 yards and came out of my one-hour lesson with a drive length that ranges from 150 to 186 yards, and stays straight. I am told that is pretty amazing for a 5foot 2inch middle-aged woman who has played for less than a year.
Matt was patient and persistent, using a variety of verbal and visual teaching techniques that helped me overcome the particular challenges I was facing. When he saw one thing didn’t work for me he tried something else out of his seemingly endless bag of tricks, all in a very matter-of-fact and gentle manner that kept me from feeling self-conscious.
I highly recommend Matt Evans as a teacher to anyone who wants to make big strides in his or her game.
We attended the Marriage Retreat at King and Prince Resort this weekend. What an awesome resort. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are awesome, the food AWESOME!!! I can’t wait for the next scheduled marriage retreat at King and Prince Resort. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
We are working on the project to update the pool area. It’s going to be gorgeous. You can’t ask for anything more perfect than working alongside the ocean – with the view, the breeze, and the mist. Thanks for providing such a derivitive from our norm! WJCL filmed Filthy Work there yesterday. We had fun with Jessica Kiss. Thank you for allowing us to work on your project… it’s a dirty job that somebody has got to do. Have a great spring and summer… poolside!
Oh, the episode of Filthy Work airs today on WJCL The Coastal Source it features the electricians of redbpower – Brian, Denny and Brandon. Thanks, again!
